WiFi Network Requirements
|Before performing troubleshooting steps, please review our WiFi Network Requirements article, and WiFi Connection Issues article for more information. If your network meets all requirements, follow the troubleshooting steps in sequential order for optimal results.|
|Errors and diffuser connectivity issues often are caused by old app versions. To ensure smooth experiences, we recommend you update your Pura app to the latest version before troubleshooting.|
Rebooting your router can help with WiFi connection issues. This will clear the cache on the router and provide a new channel for the diffuser to connect to. To reboot your router:|
1. Unplug your router for 30 seconds.
2. Plug the router back in.
3. Wait 30 more seconds for your router to reconnect to the internet.
4. Follow the directions to soft reset your diffuser below.
|1. Open your Pura app and click on the three lines above the diffuser you'd like to reset.|
|2. At the bottom of your screen, select More.|
|3. Click Forget Diffuser to begin the reset.|
|4. Remove the cover of your diffuser, then press and hold the reset button until your nightlight starts breathing blue. Once your diffuser starts breathing blue, tap the Continue button at the bottom.|
|5. You should see a blue night light appear. Once this happens, press Continue. If not, hold the reset button for 7 seconds.|
