Change Subscription Ship Date

Manage your subscription to fit your needs

Ship Date Information

You can change your upcoming subscription ship date through your Pura app, and internet browser.

Note: Editing your next ship date is referring to the upcoming subscription ship date, and not a subscription order that has already been placed. If you have an order that you need cancelled, please visit Order Cancellations & Alterations, or you can reach out to our Customer Care team


1. Open your Pura app and go to the deliveries tab at the bottom of your screen. 
2. Click the three dots in the top right corner, and choose Edit Ship Date. 
3. Apply your preferred ship date, then click Save to complete your request.
