Track My Order


Device Orders:

Device orders placed after 11/27 are not guaranteed to be delivered by Christmas.

Order Shipment:

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking information. If your tracking number has not been updated, that means it still hasn't left the courier's facility. Please reach out if you notice any irregular delays.

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed before 12pm MST will be shipped out the same day.
  • Order placed after 12pm MST will process and ship on the following business day.
  • Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding holidays.

Shipment Information:

Shipment and delivery details can be found via the tracking number provided.

  • Standard Shipping: 10-14 days (FREE on orders over $19)
  • Priority Mail: 2-5 days (usually around $8)

Delivery times are dependent on USPS and UPS working hours. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Lost Order:

If you believe your order has been lost or misplaced, please file a claim with the respective courier to resolve the issue. See our Lost Shipment article for more detail.
