Good news! We offer a 1-year warranty. :) 

If you are experiencing issues with your device, and our Customer Support team cannot diagnose your issue, you can make a Warranty Claim on your device. 

This warranty only covers manufacturing defects in the device. It does not cover misuse of the device, which includes leaving the fragrances in while the device is not upright.
