We want you to get the most out of your Pura Device! If you are experiencing issues with your device, we first suggest reaching out to our Customer Support Team for help. If we are not able to resolve your issue, you may be eligible to receive a replacement device! Our Customer Support Team can help you with determining eligibility and exchanging your device.
We offer a 1 year warranty for all customers, and a lifetime warranty for all subscribers.
Note: This warranty only covers manufacturing defects in the device. It does not cover misuse of the device, which includes leaving the fragrances in while the device is not upright.
