Return & Refund Policy


If you are looking to return, or exchange fragrances, or have received a leaking fragrance upon delivery, please see our new automated process for returnsexchanges, or leaking fragrances. To process one of these requests, please visit to get your request fulfilled immediately! 

Return and Exchange requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. For returns we will provide return shipping labels for free! Remember, all our devices have a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects, and we are more than happy to replace your device if that is the case.

Do not return any opened fragrances. We require that you remove the fragrances before you ship it back to us. Leaving the fragrances in the device and shipping it to us will cause no refund, as this will damage the device. Any unwanted fragrances can be thrown away before packaging your device for return.

Subscription orders are FINAL as soon as the order is processed, it may not be refunded, canceled, or altered. You may make changes at any time before the order is processed in your app under the "Deliveries" tab or on the website under your account settings. Any request for our Customer Support Team to change the order must be made at least 24 hours prior to the order date.
*Holiday gift returns with purchase dates between 11/1 - 12/31 will be accepted until 1/31.

*We reserve the right to exclude refunds on any orders with free products from discount promotions.
