Having trouble enabling your Bluetooth connection with your device? No problem! Follow the steps below, and you should be ready to go! :)
1. First, make sure that Bluetooth is "On" in your Settings:
2. Next, make sure that Bluetooth is enabled within the app itself. Within "Settings" choose the Pura App, and turn "On" the Bluetooth.
3. Make sure that no other Bluetooth devices are connected or are trying to pair with your phone. If you have another device, for example, Bluetooth headphones, connected or trying to pair the Pura app may not detect your Pura Smart Diffuser.
4. If you still aren't able to connect to your device, you can try restarting your phone, and attempt the device setup again, attempting to connect via Bluetooth.
Note: The Pura Mobile App will control the Bluetooth connection process and manually connect to your Pura device via your phone's Bluetooth settings is not required and may cause an error to occur.
