Managing Your Subscription Has Never Been Easier

Our Pura subscription service is meant to be easy and fun! We want to provide our customers with the access to customize their subscription to their unique lifestyles. 

Follow these quick and easy steps below to learn how to manage your subscription:

1. Open your Pura app and click the "Deliveries" tab at the bottom of the page.

 2. Manage your auto-refill orders. Here, you can:
  • See the total price of your next order.
  • Swap to try out new unique fragrances.
  • Remove or add fragrances to your next order with the "Add Items" button.
    • Note: You may add devices and one-time fragrances to your next subscription order as one time purchases.

4. Click on the 3 dots to view more options. These include:
  • Ship your subscription order now.
  • Edit your next charge date.
  • Add discount and reward codes to your upcoming subscription orders.

5. To make more changes to your subscription and account, please log in to your account at www.trypura.com/account. There, you can:
  • Cancel your subscription.
  • Change your email address.
  • Change your payment information.
  • Change your shipping address.
  • Change your delivery schedule (order frequency).
