Creating & Activating Your Pura Account


After Placing Your First Order With Pura

As soon as you place your first order with Pura, an account is created with the email that you placed your order with. Now it is time to activate your account!

Activating Your Pura Account

 After placing your order you will receive an account activation email. The account activation email will lead you to a page to create a unique password for your account. Activating your account will enable you to log into the app or website at any time to view your account information and preferences. If you feel you did not receive the account activation email, make sure to check your spam. 

Don't Have an Account or Haven't Placed an Order Yet?

If you have not placed an order with us and do not have an account you can still sign up and create an account! Once you sign up, you can connect a device and order through the app.

Steps to Sign Into Your Pura App

Let's go through the steps to get you signed in to your Pura Account on the app:

1. Download the Pura App on your phone. 

2. Open the Pura App to the Sign In page.


3. Enter your email address and password for your Pura Account.

4. If you do not have an account, simply select 'Sign Up'. This option will send a verification code to your email to allow you to proceed with account setup.
