After Placing Your First Order With Pura
Activating your account is an essential step to being able to log in to your Pura account. As soon as you place your first order with Pura,
- You are creating an account with the email you associated your order with.
- You will receive an email from us to activate your account.
- Activate your account to ensure no duplicate accounts.
- If you feel you did not receive the activation email, make sure to check your spam.

Don't Have an Account or Haven't Placed an Order Yet?
If you have not placed an order with us and do not have an account:
- You can still sign up and create an account!
- Once you sign up, you can connect a device and order through the app.

Steps to Sign Into Your Pura App
Let's go through the steps to get you signed in to your Pura Account on the app:
1. Download the Pura App on your phone.
2. Open the Pura App to the front page.
3. Enter your email address and password for your Pura Account.
4. If you do not have an account, simply select "Sign Up". This option will send a verification code to your email to continue logging you in.
