Canceling or Altering an Order

Once an order is placed we cannot cancel or adjust anything to it. However, once the order arrives, you may have the option of returning or exchanging the order.  Please see our Return & Refund Policy and Fragrance Exchange Policy to see if you qualify for one of these options.  Feel free to visit our new self serve, automated process for returns, fragrance exchanges, wrong fragrances, and or leaking fragrances. Please visit our Return & Exchange Portal to get your request fulfilled immediately!

If You Do Not Think You Placed the Order

If you received notification for an order you do not remember placing, the order is most likely a subscription order. When placing a new order with Pura, there are two options available to complete your purchase. The first option, and the default choice, "Subscribe & Save" is for a subscription where you purchase fragrances at a 30% discount on a reoccurring basis, as well as receive other benefits as one of our VIP customers. You may have selected this option.

Canceling Your Subscription

If you would like to cancel your subscription, please log into your account associated with your subscriptions on our website (www.trypura.com) Then click on your account settings and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "subscription" and select cancel! https://www.trypura.com/pages/settings
