If you did not physically place the order, the order is a subscription order. That means when you first bought Pura, you must have selected the first option provided called the "Subscribe & Save", which then provided you with a 30% discount off of the fragrances bought on subscription. As a subscriber, you remain one of our VIP customers! I suggest that you use your Pura app to manage your subscription. There you can skip your next order, change your ship date, and even swap fragrances. You also maintain that 30% discount on every order! It's definitely our best pricing option. If you want to cancel your subscription, please log into your account associated with your subscriptions on our website (www.trypura.com) Then click on your account settings and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "subscription" and press cancel! :) https://www.trypura.com/pages/settings
