To make changes during business hours, please use this link to contact our dedicated Support Team by submitting a ticket request. We are happy to help! 

If you are unable to change or cancel your order, don’t worry—after the order arrives you may return it for a full refund, free of charge. Please see our "Return & Refund Policy" Article for more information. 

IMPORTANT: Recurring orders (from our Subscription) are FINAL when the order is processed (charge date) and will NOT be refunded, canceled, or altered. Any request to change the order from our Customer Support team must be made at least 24 hours prior to the order date, although the customer may make changes at any time before the order is processed.
