What to do if your order is delayed


Thank you for choosing Pura! We're excited to help you create your perfect home-scenting experience. If you haven't already heard, there's been some disruption in the supply chain, and we're currently experiencing transit issues that have impacted our delivery dates. 

We're working hard to get products to you as quickly as we can, so we suggest placing your orders soon to receive your Pura items as quickly as possible!

Split Orders

We do our best to keep all of our products in stock and ready to ship, but sometimes we run out of a product before we can report it as such on the website. When this happens, we'll split your order into separate shipments, so you can still receive the majority of your items in a timely manner. 

If your order has been split, you'll receive a packing slip in your first shipment with a list of all the items you've ordered. This slip will say backordered, as highlighted below. 

If you haven't received your second order within 14 business days, please reach out to Customer Care.
