Shipping Options

Pura customers get free priority shipping for any orders with 2 or more items. Orders with just one fragrance will be charged a shipping rate. We'll provide an estimated delivery date for every item in your bag based on your delivery address, and where the item(s) ship from. 

Additional Information

  • Pura uses USPS for all shipments.
  • We offer priority shipping that typically is received within 2-5 business days from the time it ships.
    • Note: If you've received your shipping email, the order has left our warehouse, and is being processed through USPS. If you're experiencing any delays check out our Lost Shipment article for more information. 
  • If you order multiple items, you may receive multiple deliveries. 
  • We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship outside of the US, however, we do ship to US Territories. 

Order Status 

Once your order has been placed, you'll receive an email to the email address your Pura account is under. You'll receive a second email once your order ships, containing your USPS tracking number, and a quick link to the Order Status Page.

Note: If you cannot find your order emails, please make sure to check your junk and spam folders, and verify the email address is the same email you placed your order under.
