Missing Fragrances |
If you're missing fragrances in your order, we recommend looking thoroughly through all the packaging. If you've ordered more than two fragrances, the rest should be found below the white flap in your Pura packaging, or another diffuser box if you've ordered more than one. |

Backordered Items |
Sometimes missing items are due to a backorder. You can check to see if this is the case by looking at the invoice you receive with your order. If the item you are missing is listed as a backorder, it will still be sent to you, just separate due to a delay on inventory. |
