If Your Order Arrives Damaged Or Leaking

We understand that all orders run the risk of arriving damaged due to delivery or shipping circumstances. We care about our customers and want you to be reassured that if orders arrive damaged or leaking, we'll make it right! 

How To Receive A Replacement

To make this process as easy as possible, you can now access our Returns & Exchanges Portal to replace any damaged items you've received.
