Processing a return or fragrance exchange

How to Process Returns & Exchanges

Thank you for choosing Pura! We want to make sure that our customers are happy with their Pura products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a great return and exchange program! For more details on our policies, check out our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Returns

If you would like to return an item or an order, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Portal within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a free return label to send it back to us. 

Note: Refunds are dependent on adherence to return requirements. 

To Return Your Order:

  1. Go to the Returns & Exchanges Portal
  2. Enter your order number in the correct format (PSI123456)
  3. Enter zip code
  4. Select item(s) to return
  5. Select 'Return Item'
  6. Enter reasons for return
  7. Select 'Submit Return' 

Exchanges

If you receive a fragrance you don't love, you have the option to exchange for another of your liking! To process a fragrance exchange, please refer to our Returns & Exchanges Portal. We will send you the new fragrance(s), and provide you with a free return label to send the old fragrance(s) back to us. 

To Exchange Your Fragrances:

  1. Go to our Returns & Exchanges Portal 
  2. Enter your order number in the correct format (PSI123456)
  3. Enter Zip Code
  4. Select the item you wish to exchange
  5. Select 'Exchange'
  6. Select the new product you wish to exchange for
  7. Click 'Exchange Item' 
  8. Provide the reason you are returning
  9. If you would like to exchange additional items, repeat the process 4-9, or, click 'continue with return'.
  10. Select 'Submit Return' 

You will receive an email confirmation regarding your exchange request as well as the new order number! Your tracking info will be provided as soon as the order ships.

Return Requirements:

  • When returning orders, be sure to remove any fragrances from your device. 
  • Do not send back used or open fragrances.
  • When exchanging fragrances, do not send back fragrances in quantities of 2 or less, you can keep these or throw them away.

If the return does not meet these requirements, it is subject to a partial/no refund.
