Process a return or exchange

Return Requirements

We love our Pura customers and want to ensure an amazing experience! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30 day Return And Exchange Policy. Please follow the Return Requirements:

  • Do not send back used or open fragrances.

  • When returning orders, be sure to remove any fragrances from your device.
    Note: If the return does not meet these requirements, it is subject to a partial/no refund.
    Refunds are dependent on adherence to return requirements.

Processing A Return Step-By-Step

1. Go to the Returns & Exchanges Portal located in 'Services' on www.trypura.com.
2. Enter your order number in the format (PSI123456) and your zip code.
3. Select an item to return from your order.
4. If you are wanting a refund, select 'Return item'. If you are returning a leaking/damaged fragrance and want a replacement, select 'Replace this item'.
5. Select your reason for return.
6. If you are needing to return additional items, please repeat the above steps.
7. Once you have selected all the items you'd like to return, press 'Continue with Return'.
8. If your account information and fragrances you are returning look correct, then select 'Submit Return'.
9. You will then be provided a return label. Please print this out, and return the products at your earliest convenience. Once we receive your package, and check the returned items, we will then issue your refund.

8. You will then be provided a return label. Please print this out, and return the products at your earliest convenience. Once we receive your package, and check the returned items, we will then issue your refund.

Exchanges

If you receive a fragrance you don't love, you have the option to exchange for another of your liking!
Note: You will receive an order confirmation email after submitting your request. Your tracking info will be provided as soon as the order ships!

Processing An Exchange Step-By-Step

1. Go to the Returns & Exchanges Portal located in 'Services' on www.trypura.com.
2. Enter your order number in the format (PSI123456).
3. Enter Zip Code.
4. Select the item you wish to exchange.
5. Select 'Exchange for a different scent'.
6. Select the new product you wish to exchange for.
7. Click 'Exchange Item'.
8. Provide the reason you are exchanging.

9. If you are wanting to exchange additional items, please repeat the above steps.
10. Once you have selected all the items you'd like to exchange, press 'Continue with Return' 

11. If your account information and fragrances you are exchanging look correct, you can now select 'Submit Return'. 

12. If you are returning 2 or less fragrances, you are all set and there is no further action needed on your end. If you are returning more than 2, you will then be provided a returning label. Please print this out, and send back the product at your earliest convenience. After you send it back to us, you are all set in the exchange process.
