How to find order number
Having difficultly finding your order number? Check out our Step-by-step guide on how to find this!
Maybe you know you placed an order but never received a confirmation email, click on the button below to help track that email down.

Go to Pura.com
Visit Pura.com, and login to your account.

Visit Order History
Click the account icon again, and then select Order History.

Most Recent Order
Your most recent order will appear at the top. You can find your order number here.

For older orders, scroll down. You can review order numbers, tracking information, and more.
