Is your device not functioning properly? Are you having a hard time connecting to WiFi or Bluetooth? Are your schedules no longer working? 

If you answered "Yes" to any of the above questions, we often suggest that you perform a "Hard Reset" on your device, which is different than just a normal Reset. Please follow the steps below in order to successfully perform a "Hard Reset".

  1. Unplug your device from your outlet. 
  2. Find the Reset Button on the device by removing the device lid and looking on the front side.

3. IMPORTANT: Hold down the button for at least 5 seconds before plugging it in, and then continue holding the button as you plug it in and keep holding until the night light turns blue (will be about 15 seconds).

4. Go through the Setup steps again.
