If you are looking to return your device and want a refund, please contact our Customer Support team through our chat or by email at email@example.com. We will do our best to provide a solution within 30 days of your purchase date. Remember, all our devices have a 1 year warranty for manufacturing defects and we are more than happy to replace your device if that is the case.
We will provide return shipping labels, and we require that you remove the fragrances before you ship it back to us. Leaving the fragrances in the device and shipping it to us will receive no refund. Do not return any fragrances. Any unwanted fragrances can be thrown away before packaging your device for return.
Recurring orders (from our Subscription) are FINAL when the order is processed (charge date) and will NOT be refunded, cancelled, or altered. Any request to change the order from our Customer Support team must be made at least 24 hours prior to the order date, although the customer may make changes at any time before the order is processed.
